This Self-Lighting Silver Swirl MAPP or Propane Torch delivers a unique wrap around flame system. The Silver Swirl combustion system creates a swirling action inside the tip which mixes fuel and combustionair more thoroughly than by conventional means. The flame wraps around the work piece reducing hot spots and making perfect joints easy, quick and repeatable. The Silver Swirl combustion tip resists flame blowout and reduces brazing time by 30%. The 565 allows you to perform larger jobs or you can finish the smaller jobs even faster. The 565 can easily handle soldering up to 3-Inch copper tubing. This torch has many applications, it can be used for: heating, removing tile, crafts and hobbies, other plumbing repairs, thawing frozen pipes, automotive repairs, sweat fitting joints, bending PVC pipe, removing putty and caulking, to name a few.
